Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@annamaja.pl and include your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, you can of course still make use of our 30-day return policy. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Statutory right of cancellation

In addition to our voluntary 30-day return guarantee, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email to kontakt@annamaja.pl) before the cancellation period has expired. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
